With 25+ years of hands-on experience across gasoline, diesel, heavy trucks, farm and construction equipment, Wesley is the reason customers call back. He's the mechanic other mechanics call. Diagnostic-first, thorough, and committed to getting it right the first time — every time. He comes to you, not the other way around.
Racheal brings 20+ years of business development, operations, and client relationship experience to J&W. She's the voice you hear first — coordinating schedules, following up, and making sure every customer feels genuinely cared for from first call to final handshake. She built the operational foundation that lets Wesley focus on what he does best. Between them, nothing falls through the cracks.

Most vehicles don't break down overnight. They break down because nobody was watching. The Care Plan puts your vehicle on our calendar, in your driveway, on schedule. The scanner runs every visit, every tier. Your visit rate is spelled out in writing before you enroll.

Pay ahead and save: annual prepay saves $40 a year on Basic, $144 on Gas, and $264 on Diesel. Quarterly auto-pay saves $88 a year on Gas and $164 on Diesel. Parts and fluids billed separately.
Members get priority scheduling, 10% off repair labor, and a discounted service call rate on follow-up repair trips — a savings of $60 (gas) or $75 (diesel), and sometimes waived.

Yes. Commercial diagnostics are a flat $375 ($200 service call + $175 diagnostic), with same-day response for commercial trucks and semis within 60 miles of Lucedale. We carry a heavy-duty bidirectional scan tool with Cummins, Detroit, CAT, Volvo, and Paccar coverage.
Do you work on farm and construction equipment?
Yes. Farm and construction operations are billed at our commercial rate — a flat $375 service call and diagnostic — and we come to your field, farm, or jobsite within 60 miles of Lucedale.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
Yes — the J&W Care Plan. Basic Care is $250 per visit twice a year, Gas Care is $450 per visit every 3 months, and Diesel Care is $550 per visit every 2 months. We come to you, and the scanner runs every visit. Care Plans cover personal gas and diesel vehicles. Enroll online here.
How much does a diagnostic cost?
A diagnostic visit is a flat $250 for domestic and Asian gas vehicles ($125 service call + $125 diagnostic), $300 for European vehicles and personal diesel ($150 + $150), and $375 for commercial trucks, semis, and farm and construction operations ($200 same-day service call + $175 diagnostic). That gets you computer diagnostics and/or manual diagnostics as required, and up to one hour of labor. If it's a job our technician can complete in under an hour with no additional parts or labor, that's all you'll pay. If it needs more parts or time, you'll get the cost before any work proceeds. The service call and diagnostic cover that visit and are not credited toward a later repair. See all services and prices.
Will the service fee be waived if you need to come back?
We don't charge a service call to come and go on an ongoing job — running parts, finishing the work, and so on. A brand-new repair or job is a new visit, so the standard service call fee applies. Care Plan members get a discounted service call on follow-up repair trips.
What are your hours?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Cash App, or EFS. Care Plan members can also pay by bank transfer (ACH). We do not take card payments.
